EP – Under this plan, the cost of Room Only.

CP – Under this plan, the cost of breakfast is included in the room price.

MAP – Under this plan, the cost of two meals – breakfast and a choice of lunch or dinner, is included in the room price.

AP – Under this plan, the cost of all three meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner, is included in the room price.

• The above rates are inclusive of GST @ 12%
• Prices may vary according to the bookings.
• Family means 2 Adults and 2 Children above 4 years old
• Triple room is with proper bed and not mattress.
• Extra bed chargeable @40% of the tariff.

• Rooms are considered confirmed after an email confirmation to the guest
• Full payment should be made before guest check in

Cancellation Policy

• Upto 30 Days prior to arrival: 30% of the hotel/camp booking.
• 21-30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the hotel/camp booking.
• 15-20 days prior to arrival: 70% of the hotel/camp booking.
• Within 15 days of the departure date or after hotel/camp booking has canceled all hotel/camp booking costs forfeited.
• No Show 100% of Booking cost.
• During High peak season period Hotels Specific Cancellation Policies will be applicable in these cases the hotels  may not refund any amount if the booking is cancelled after issuance of Hotel Voucher.
• The Process of Refund will take around 60 days to complete & the refund will be paid by Cheque or credit note only
• Any amendments or cancellation should be informed in advance.
• No refund for unexpected departures.
